There’s a part of us that longs to be seen—and another that quietly believes we are only lovable if we show up a certain way.

This free two-part workshop series is an invitation to explore both.

We’ll journey into the shadow: the hidden, exiled, and often misunderstood parts of ourselves that shape how we relate, protect, and operate in the world unconsciously.

Then we’ll turn toward love—not the performance of it, but the kind that grows when we stop abandoning ourselves in pursuit of being accepted.

This is for anyone who’s done the work of self-development but still feels an ache for something deeper.

A love that includes all of you.

A seeing that doesn’t require you to perform, fake, or manipulate others to feel love, connection & belonging in your life.

Some parts of us were labeled too much—too loud, too needy, too wild, too soft. So we learned to hide them. In this first workshop, we’ll gently turn toward those hidden places.

You’ll be introduced to the shadow:
The parts of ourselves we exiled in order to belong.

We’ll explore how our “constructed self” formed—not from deceit, but from the deep intelligence of needing to belong. As children, we shaped a version of ourselves the world could accept. A Mask that kept us safe.

This session Join Maanee Chrystal as she guides you into a deep sense of safety within yourself to start to get honest about what we are hiding, why and how to come back into connection & aliveness with all of who we are.

There are parts of us we’ve hidden so deeply, we’ve forgotten they exist—parts that once reached for love and were met with silence or shame. In this second workshop, we enter the relational field of tribe and gently begin to bring those parts into the light.

Where the first session explored why we created a Mask, this one invites a direct, felt experience of what happens when we stop performing—and allow ourselves to be truly witnessed.

Guided by Christian Pankhurst, you’ll move through a Heart iQ process and take a small but powerful step: to reveal what you usually hide. To be seen not for what you do, but for who you are beneath the surface.

This isn’t about oversharing. It’s about slowing down, speaking truth, and letting the field meet you.
